Order Processing (Handling) Time All orders placed at House of Ceylan require a strict processing time of 3 business days (Monday – Friday) before they are shipped.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 AM (Midnight)

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times We offer free worldwide shipping. Total delivery times are calculated by adding our fixed 3-day handling time to the carrier's transit time.

  • United States

    • Transit Time: 3 to 4 Business Days

    • Total Estimated Delivery: 6 to 7 Business Days

  • Canada & Mexico

    • Transit Time: 2 to 3 Business Days

    • Total Estimated Delivery: 5 to 6 Business Days

  • Rest of the World (including UK, Australia, Europe, etc.)

    • Total Estimated Delivery: 9 to 15 Business Days

Order Tracking Once your package ships, tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update in the courier's system. You can track your order directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes House of Ceylan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages or Lost Packages If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
